CHRISTOPHER’S BRAND NEW WEBSITE!

Hello friend! Welcome to my brand new website!

Twenty-seventeen has quickly become a “Year of Stretching” for me. That sounds awkward.

Let me explain. If you’re part of the Wild:Life community, you know I’ve been doing things to push myself outside my comfort zone. Doing things that scare or intimidate me a bit.

Well. Talk about intimidation, starting a dot-com under my own name is near the top of this list! But what do I have to lose? (Other than a few dollars.)

For years I blogged on my personal site, Fraction, which is where I began writing in earnest. However, I’ve decided to move on. The “whitelikescarlet.wordpress.com” URL is cumbersome and confusing, the cobwebs are too messy to sort through, and the whole site is just plain neglected. I only ever posted as I had inspiration, which has slowly become less and less frequent. (My last post on Fraction was in May of 2015.)

This year, I’m trying something new.

Not only do I want to develop my skills in communication (written and video), but I want to begin sharing with you all transparently from my journey, again. There’s something powerful about hearing the stories of people who have gone through similar struggles as we have. They tell us we’re not alone and that there’s hope.

For example, hearing my brother Asher’s testimony, when I was thirteen, gave me courage to talk to my Dad about my addiction to pornography. Similarly, I’ve had people come up to me or message me and tell me how much it meant to read my story or to hear that someone else struggled with _____ whatever it is—pornography, doubt, anger, loneliness.

So this blog is going to have a lot of raw writing and processing on it, but it won’t just be all depression and anxiety. I hope to not only share about the happy, exciting things I discover, but also the stuff I find interesting or helpful along the way.

On this website, you can expect to get it all. Personal ramblings and opinions, uploads to Wild:Life, stuff from TheRebelution.com, records of adventures coming up this year—anything I do, it’ll be here.

I’m excited to start delivering content! My hope is that you, the reader, will find a comrade in me and others on this site. Life is an adventure. An adventure no one should do alone.

So if you’re ready to join me, hit that follow button on the right sidebar, subscribe to any of my social media platforms right below it and… We’ll see you in the next post!

Blessings,

Christopher
